What is Kudo?

Training & Skills

Training develops physical fitness, practical self-defence skills and mental resilience. Students learn how to strike, throw, control and defend themselves while training in a safe and respectful environment.

Values & Growth

Kudo follows the traditional values of Japanese Budo, where respect, discipline and self-control are considered just as important as physical ability. These principles help people of all ages grow both on and off the tatami.
