Kudo Kids & Juniors
Designed for children aged 3–12, these classes introduce the foundations of Kudo through fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities. Every lesson helps children develop coordination, balance and confidence in a safe, supportive environment while encouraging teamwork, respect and a love of movement. Skills grow naturally through games, exercises and carefully guided practice. Each session is designed to keep young students motivated

As they grow in confidence and ability, older students can begin competing, gaining experience, resilience and respect through friendly competition.
Equipment: Kimono, belt and Kudo protective gear, including helmet, chest protector, gloves, forearm guards and shin protection.
Kudo Teens & Adults

Students learn striking, throwing and grappling techniques while improving endurance, discipline and practical self-defence skills. Every session combines modern combat training with the traditional values of Japanese Budo.

As students advance, they may compete in tournaments while developing leadership, resilience and a deeper understanding of Kudo’s philosophy and traditions.
Equipment: Kimono, belt and Kudo protective gear, including helmet, chest protector, gloves, forearm guards and shin protection.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Designed for teenagers and adults of all experience levels, these classes focus on ground fighting, positional control and submission techniques. Students learn how to use leverage, balance and technique rather than strength alone, developing confidence, fitness and practical self-defence skills through structured training and live sparring.

As students progress, they refine their technical ability through regular rolling sessions, building resilience, discipline and confidence both on and off the mat.
Equipment: A BJJ gi and belt are required for traditional gi training. A rash guard and suitable training shorts are recommended for no-gi sessions.
Mixed Martial Arts
Designed for teenagers and adults of all experience levels, these classes combine striking, grappling and wrestling techniques drawn from disciplines such as boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and judo. Students develop strength, speed, endurance and coordination while learning to adapt their skills to different combat situations through structured technical training, drills and controlled sparring.

As students progress, they improve their technical versatility, physical conditioning and mental resilience while developing confidence both in and out of training.
Equipment: Comfortable, moisture-wicking sportswear without pockets or zippers / rash-guard and additional protective gear (helmet, bandages, gloves on hands, overlays for feet).
